This current definition sucks. Yes, it is the dictionary defintion of Transparency, but as discussed in class, we're looking to reference the meaning of Paul Duguid's use of the word, in which he defines as ... "the assumption that each new medium actually mediates less, that it successfully "frees" information from the constraints of previously inadequate or "unnatural" media forms that represented reality less perfectly."

Think of examples of how information has been "freed" from previous constraints.
