Web 3.0 is used to describe a theoretical stage (to come) of the Internet's revolution which renders the Internet "more of a guide" and "less of a catalog."[1] Specific characteristics might include functions of artificial intelligence that would enable trend forecasting and prediction, semantic properties enabling high degrees of personalization and adaptation to the user, and a ubiquitous presence in the minute-to-minute lives of users.
